Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old.

Entry Dates: Begins on July 14, 2010 and ends on September 12, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Entry Limit: Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day.

Tell A Friend Program: For each day in which you refer at least one (1) friend with a valid email address, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes and one (1) additional opportunity to play the Instant Win Game.

Prizes:
