I tried that answer and it says wrong.
That’s strange. I searched online for the answer, and it took it for me.
Wont let me submit an answer today. Hopefully others have better luck.
Says contest is now closed.
Not working — their last 2 sweeps also did not work
Did you try a different browser? Their last two sweepstakes did work. The very last one had an issue for several days and didn’t work but then they fixed it. Things happen. Try it again with a different browser
The 7/1 quit working and ended early. The 6/3 and 4/29 both quit working the same way as this time. No browser works. I know because I played all of them and everyone here had the same issue. Look at the comments for those sweeps.
You’ve got to start wondering when the same platform that was working fine suddenly stops working toward the end. One time I can see, but three times?
Couldn’t get it to work again today. Tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome. Here’s the answer incase someone can get it to work.
Which still-used term or concept was NOT created by George Orwell for his hit novel, 1984?
Answer: Memory Pit
Same here, tried different browsers yesterday & today, won’t work for me
I notified them yesterday & they replied they had fixed their technical difficulties. Tried and still doesn’t work today; notified them again. When this happens I always try different browsers.
Still not working for me today in different browsers, but here’s the answer!
The screenplay for the 2015 film adaptation of Far From the Madding Crowd starring Carey Mulligan was penned by which author?
Answer: David Nicholls
You are definitely right that it still doesn’t work. I tried to find a contact to let them know but can’t seem to find one
This sweepstakes is not working and it is not the first time this has happened. The last few times they have run such a sweepstakes, I answer about 5 of the 10 trivia questions but then it shuts down and does nothing each day afterwards and I can not complete the 10 questions to be eligible for the prize. I tried to contact them with no results. Very discouraging! Do they even give away any prizes or are they scamming us.
7th AUG

Finish this sentence: “One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them, / One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness ____ them.” Answer: D: Bind
What is the name that Gilbert called Anne, incurring a slate on his head and her wrath for years to come? Answer: A: Carrots
What is the Sea referred to in the title of The Old Man and the Sea? Answer: C: Gulf Stream
Still not working. 🙁
The reach of John Steinbeck’s classic goes beyond literature. Which rock star/band named a 1995 album The Ghost of Tom Joad after the novel’s protagonist?
Answer: Bruce Springsteen
I notified them both times on their Facebook page. This last time they replied with 4 codes to use for books at 35% discount, one for each day it didn’t work.
Not working for me today
I found out I won a Kobo Glo HD eReader today. I had problems like the others, but fortunately I was able to get some entries in. Thanks.
