Problem with ‘winning’ $20 prize is that it COSTS $5.69 to mail request by certified mail for prize. According to fine print, then affadavit will be mailed to you to fill out and return. Doesn’t appear you’d end up with much of the twenty dollar ‘PRIZE’????
