I played online. It says I won and to enter the code provided in your winning text message. I didn’t get a text message, but I tried 99999 but it says “THIS CODE HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY USED OR IS INVALID. PLEASE ENTER A VALID CODE.” I’m not sure what to do now. I think if I try and request a code it will tell me I already played and I will lose my prize.
This happens when you say you have a winning code vs clicking that you need a winning code.

didnt’ see that you could only play once. played for a few days and then won but page got stuck on processing and never recieved an email so i guess i should have read the rules?
Actually, you were unable to get into the site because you entered 99999. They listed the wrong code here, it is really TIX99999. I tried a couple times and see they do not let you play more than once..
The free code that Kellogg’s gave me was TIX-99999
