Entry Period #1 must be postmarked by July 23 and received by July 30, 2015; Entry Period #2 postmarked by October 23 and received by October 30, 2015; Entry Period #3 postmarked by January 23 and received by January 30, 2016; Entry Period #4 March 31, 2016 and received by April 7, 2016.
