With Purchase Entry: Look for the Official Game Piece printed on the inside package flap of specially-marked packages of Kauai Coffee Single Serve Coffee for a winning game message. If your specially-marked package contains a “Winner” game piece message, then you are a winner – subject to verification. If your specially-marked package does not contain a “Winner” game piece message you did not win a prize.

Mail-in Code Request: send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, while supplies last, to the Administrator at the following address:

VT residents may omit return postage. Requests for free game piece must be postmarked on or before December 10, 2016 and received by the Administrator on or before December 15, 2016. Limit one free game piece request per outer stamped mailing envelope.

To Claim A Prize: If your game piece says: “Winner” you must mail your game piece, together with a 3″ x 5″ paper on which you have printed your complete name, address (including zip code) and daytime phone number, in a stamped envelope to the Administrator at the following address:

Second Chance Drawing Entry: In the event any of the prizes remain unclaimed following verification and notification to the prize winners by Sponsor, a second chance drawing will be held on January 7, 2017 to award all remaining prizes

Entry Limit: unlimited entries (one second chance entry per person)

Five (5) Grand Prize: a seven-day, six night trip to the island of Kauai, Hawaii for him/herself and one (1) guest. Prize trip consists of round trip economy class air transportation for winner and a guest between the nearest airport to the winner’s home and Kauai, Hawaii; 6 nights double occupancy hotel accommodation (single room / double occupancy); car service transfers between the airport and the hotel on Kauai; and $1,000 in spending money. ARV: $5,000
