With Purchase Code: Purchasing one of the following specially marked participating products: 64 oz. Juicy Juice® (any one of the six participating varieties) or 8 Pack of 6.75 oz. Juicy Juice juice boxes (any one of the four participating varieties); the Code is printed inside the bottle wrap for the 64 oz. product and printed on the inside wrap cover of the 8 Pack juice box.
Mail-in Code Request: Obtain a Code without a purchase, by mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

For the avoidance of doubt, there is a limit of one mail-in or website Code request, per person, regardless of mailing or e-mail address utilized, per day, throughout the Promotion Period. i submitted an entry on June 29th and won a voucher for a fee Juicy Juice product valued up to $3.99. It said I would receive it with in 2-3- weeks. Nothing has arrived to date. That code is crppxb8kq. Today I tried to enter another new code and I had a funny Pop Up after it said I won a package of crafts and workbooks to download. When I clicked on the DOWNLOAD NOW, that is when the pop up came on the screen and when I got rid of the pop up your offer was gone. I tried to reenter but it said that number had already been used.
