You could win a trip to the 2010 NBA All Star Game in Dallas or an iPod.

Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Maine) who are at least fifteen (15) years old at the time of entry.

Entry Dates: begins on November 15, 2009 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on January 15, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET

Enter via Text-Messaging: During the Promotion Period, using a two-way text messaging capable device, text JCP to the short code ADIDAS.

Entry Limit: Each entrant may enter one (1) time per day by any method or combination of methods during the Promotion Period.

Prizes:

THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES: A trip for two (2) to the 2010 NBA All-Star weekend scheduled for February 13 and 14, in Dallas, TX. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to Dallas, TX; 4 days and 3 nights; a $400 allowance for full-size rental car for length of stay; two (2) tickets to the 2010 NBA All-Star Rookie Challenge, Skills Competition, NBA All-Star Saturday Night and the 2010 NBA All-Star Game; All-Star apparel and footwear kit; and a $250 Visa gift card to cover food and travel expenses. If winner does not meet requirements for rental car, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner must complete the trip between February 12, 2010 and February 15, 2010 or prize will be forfeited. ARV $3,000.

TWENTY-FIVE (25) FIRST PRIZES: An Autographed NBA Jersey. ARV: $150.

FIFTY (50) SECOND PRIZES: An 8GB iPod® Touch loaded with an iTunes gift card for twenty (20) song downloads. ARV: $200.
