Thanks for links, but the submit button on both is inoperable. I assume it’s on their part.
If you are using Roboform to fill out the form it will put in the state but the form will not accept it. You must then choose your state manually from the list and then it should submit.
Also – I noticed that if you click right on submit it doesn’t work – you have to click slightly above it (watch your cursor to change from an arrow to a hand)
