How to enter: Visit icehouse.com to begin. You will need a code to enter. Texas and West Virginia can use this code: ICEHOUSEGAMEON. The rest of us can use FF66KRVF thanks to Tracy, from the chatroom.
Note: Phone is optional on the entry form.
Entry Limit: five (5) entries per person/email address per day.

this page will not load properly? I have tried everything I can think of but it still loads 1/2 way down and no way to get the form up enough to enter my info…oh well can get them all. There is nothing I can do. The problem is with Ice House. You can try to contact them but I think they know about the problem and are just not fixing it.

This is bogus, I have tried to enter the general code and the code I recieved and it says there is an error on the server and they are trying to fix it…. BS

They have had this problem since the beginning. They fixed it once and now it is back. You can email them to let them know it isn't working again. The problem isn't the code.
I figured out how to load the page. I went up to the right hand of my screen and clicked on page then clicked on compatibility view settings. That fixed the problem for me and the ice house page loaded correctly. Too bad I didn't figure this out sooner.
You can enter online through 8/31/09, just the codes are only going to be on the caps made until 06/30/09. Thought you might want to update the end date. Thanks for all you do!

I just updated it. Thanks for that info. I must have missed it in the rules.
I was just able to enter 5 times. I got invalid entry notice on attempts a few minutes earlier. Just keep checking back I guess.
