Mail-in entry: From January 16, 2012 – April 4, 2012, an entrant may also enter by hand-writing his/her first name and complete last name (no initials), valid e-mail address, complete street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), telephone number, and date of birth, on a stamped self-addressed envelope (Vermont residents need not affix return postage) and by mailing that entry to:

Mail-in entries may be mailed beginning January 16, 2012, must be postmarked no later than April 4, 2012, and received prior to the end of the Promotion Period in order to be eligible for the Promotion. The Administrator will e-mail a unique code to the entrant which the entrant may use to enter the Promotion through the Website.

Online: From April 5, 2012 at 12:00 A.M. ET – April 15, 2012 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET, an entrant may receive a complimentary code without a purchase by clicking here in the rules and following the instructions to request a Complimentary Code and a code will be e-mailed back to the entrant’s e-mail address e.

Entry Limit: Regardless of the entrant’s e-mail address and method of entry, each entrant may only enter the Promotion once using a unique code. Each unique code is good for only (1) one Instant Win Game Play and one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will receive a check in the amount of $100,000.00.
