How to Enter: Visit www.hotels.com/ineedavacation and submit a photo of yourself that you think best demonstrates why you need a vacation.
Photo Entry Limit: of one entry per person per e-mail address. Entries will be posted on the Website and members of the public will be invited to vote for their favorite Entries.
There are three (3) ways to get an additional bonus vote:
- click on the box on the entry form to receive e-mails from Hotels.com
- click on the box on the entry form to join the Hotels.com welcomerewards™ program
- click on the link for the augmented reality experience on the website
There is a limit of one (1) bonus vote per entrant per method described in the previous sentence, for a total of a maximum of three (3) bonus votes per entrant.
Voting Limit: During the Entry Period, visitors to the Website will be invited to vote for their favorite Entries. There is a limit of one (1) vote per e-mail address per Day. The person whose Entry receives the most votes on any Day of the Entry Period will win the Daily Prize associated with that Day. There is a limit of one (1) Daily Prize per person, so that if one person receives the highest number of votes on more than one (1) Day, the Daily Prize associated with the subsequent Day will be awarded to the eligible entrant with the next-highest number of votes. The person whose Entry receives the most votes during the entire Entry Period will be the potential Grand Prize winner.
Prizes:
Daily Prizes: One (1) Daily Prize winner per Day will receive a digital Flip™ camcorder in a color selected by Sponsor. The approximate retail value of each Daily Prize is $149.99.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a vacation for life. The prize will be awarded as a check in the amount of $102,250. The amount of the prize is calculated based on the assumption that a winner will take fifty (50) vacations worth approximately $2,045 each over the course of a lifetime. THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE WILL TREATED AS INCOME TO THE WINNER AND THE WINNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT AND REPORTING OF ALL APPLICABLE TAXES.
