Entry Limit: one entry per person per each day.

The dates for fulfillment of the Prizes will be on or about June through July 2012. You may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the Prize is not available for any reason.
Second Drawing: If there are any Prizes that were not claimed by the end of the Sweepstakes Period, a second drawing will be conducted by Administrator on or about July 17, 2012. Entrants who have already won a Prize prior to the Second Drawing are not eligible to be entered into the Second Drawing or to win an additional Prize.

Not working – got two errors
Tried again and it worked – didn’t win either, lol.
I won the digital camera last night. The rules state that they will try to contact winners by phone 4 times within 48 hours. I haven’t received any calls. I wonder if this includes weekends?
Not working tonight, filled out the form, submitted, empty form pops up again. I use a Mac.
i won a gift card and that is all it says. no email yet.
