Grand Prize (1): A one-of-a-kind keg-like creation designed to hold Hormel Chili Cheese Dip.
The keg will be delivered to the address of the winner’s choosing on February 13, 2022 for use that day, and accompanied by a chaperone furnished by Sponsor during use on that day, intended to ensure the proper function of the device and adequate food-safety standards are met. If the address of the winner’s choosing is not winner’s legal residence, winner represents and warrants that winner has permission from the legal resident of the provided address to have the prize fulfilled and delivered to that address. Winner agrees to execute the Liability Release and any other documents required by Sponsor in order to keep the keg, acknowledging that neither Sponsor nor its promotional partners nor advertising agencies make any representations or warranties as to the keg or the safety of its operation and that the keg shall be provided to the winner as-is. No such device is available for retail purchase, but the approximate value if scaled for retail production is $500. Winner acknowledges that Sponsor may conduct filming, photography, videotaping and other recording activities during the course of February 13, 2022 at the address chosen by winner for publicity and other lawful purposes, and that Sponsor may use, exploit and distribute any such recordings and winner’s likeness, voice, photographs and statements contained therein for promotional purposes in any and all media now known or later invented, in perpetuity worldwide. Winner shall execute any additional publicity releases or documents requested by Sponsor in connection with such activities and the use of any resulting materials.
