For everyone having trouble with level 2, you just have to dodge the balls until the timer runs out. The balls always follow the same pattern so once you figure that out, it’s not that hard.

For those who won the tickets,have you printed them yet? When I try to print the tickets it says I get 1 ticket up to $14 value. It says in the rules and in my winning email that it is 2 tickets. I emailed them and they just responded with a link to go read the FAQs. There is nowhere in there that says anything about changing the amount of tickets.
Mine printed one right after the other. I didn’t have to do anything special. Did you actually print them? When you view them, you should be able to arrow down and see a 2nd ticket.
