Mail-in Entry: hand print your name, complete address, and phone number (including area code and date of birth) either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, and mailing the postcard or paper in an envelope with the proper postage affixed to:

Entrants using U.S. mail may enter as often as they wish. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 17, 2015 and received by February 24, 2015. Limit one entry per stamped outer envelope.

Entry Limit: two entries per day (one per website)

One (1) Grand Prize: the home located in Edgartown, Massachusetts that is featured in the “HGTV Dream Home” special (including home furnishings and merchandise as determined by Sponsor in cooperation with the Participating Parties and installed prior to conveyance) (approximate retail value: $2,265,000.00); $250,000 (awarded in the form of a check or a wire transfer); and a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali automobile (ARV: $52,680). The ARV of the HGTV Dream Home includes structure, lot, landscaping, home furnishings, merchandise, and artwork as of October 31, 2014. Total ARV: $2,567,680.00

In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Dream Home (and the contents of the HGTV Dream Home), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $1,450,000.00 in cash in lieu of the home. If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize winner will still receive the Cash Prize and the GMC Prize.
