Grand Prize (1): A 3-bedroom, 3½-bathroom, waterfront home located on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina; Beautiful furnishings and decor courtesy of Wayfair.com; A brand-new Honda Passport; $250,000 cash from Rocket Mortgage by Quicken Loans. Actual value of HGTV Dream Home 2020 depends on market fluctuations. ARV: $2,081,489
Note: In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Dream Home 2020 (and the contents of the HGTV Dream Home 2020), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $750,000 in cash. If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize Winner will still receive the Cash Prize and the Honda Prize. ARV: $1,043,680
