It won’t let me enter. I type in my first and last names and get an error message that my name has to be all letters, no special characters. I only typed letters. It also says my birthdate is ineligible.

The same thing happened to me so I contacted HGTV via email to find out what is the problem and I am still waiting for a reply.

Having the same issue. It won’t take my last name or my date of birth. I emailed HGTV as well but haven’t heard back from them.
The problem is now corrected.
