I removed your email and phone number from the comment. You really shouldn’t put that on a public site. You should be able to log into your account and click on the Promotion tab or your profile and see your prize. Usually it takes 6 weeks for a prize to arrive and sometimes they don’t even send it until the giveaway is over. The people you called probably don’t know anything about the promotion side of things.
