Second Chance Drawing: Unclaimed/unawarded Instant Win (Grand, First, Second, Third and Fourth) prizes will be awarded in a second chance drawing.

Second Chance Drawing Limit: one second chance drawing entry per person per day.

One (1) Grand Prize: winner will receive a pair of Season Tickets for Life to an NFL Team of winner’s choosing. Prize will be awarded as an annuity payable as a fixed payout amount per year, for the life of the winner. The minimum annual payout amount would be $6,450 and the maximum annual payout amount would be $9,800. The total minimum value of the Grand Prize based on an 18 year old prize winner with an additional life expectancy of 67 years and an annual payout of $6,450 is estimated at: $432,150. The total maximum value of the Grand Prize based on an 18 year old prize winner with an additional life expectancy of 67 years and an annual payout of $9,800 is estimated at: $656,600.

Five (5) First Prizes: each winner will receive a trip for winner and a guest to attend Super Bowl XLVIII or Super Bowl XLIX, depending on the date the prize claim is received. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, 3-nights hotel accommodations, one room (double occupancy) and two Super Bowl admission tickets. Winner will also receive $1,000 spending money (awarded as a check). If the winner lives within a 250-mile radius of the destination city (as determined by Sponsor), winner will receive a $400 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation; no additional compensation will be provided. If a valid First Prize claim is received by 12/23/13, winner will receive a trip to Super Bowl XLVIII in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on 2/2/14. If a valid First Prize claim is received on/after 12/24/13 and by the claim deadline of 3/14/14, the winner will receive a trip to Super Bowl XLIX in Glendale, Arizona, on 2/1/15. ARV: $7,700
