Purchase an Xbox Live Gold Membership or an Xbox Gift Card during the Promotion Period for $15 or more from a retail location (online purchases are not eligible) and take a picture of your receipt. Then, during the Promotion Period, visit the website and complete and submit the registration form, and upload the image of your receipt.
