Update: Heather emailed me to explain that when she tried to enter it said that shipping would be charged if you win one of the third prizes. This is very unconventional as all of the sweepstakes I have ever entered do not make you pay shipping. I guess they could and now I see it in their rules so they did tell you before you entered. You will have to decide if the prize is worth it to you if you win to pay the shipping.
From the rules: Shipping & handling costs will be applied to each shipment of GEM Keep it cool at a rate not to exceed $15.95 USD. Shipping & handling costs must be paid prior to actual shipping of the item. Your GEM® product should arrive between 5-9 business days after shipping and handling costs have been paid and will arrive via UPS regular shipping service.
