Eligibility: entrants must have an active Facebook account and email address. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada who are 21 years of age or older at date of entry.
Entry Dates: begins on January 3, 2012 and ends at 11:59 pm on March 31, 2012 (Eastern Time). A second phase of the Sweepstakes will be conducted between 12:00 am on May 1, 2012 and 11:59 pm on July 31, 2012 (Eastern Time).

Drawing Date: During each phase of the Sweepstakes, three drawings will be made on approximately the first day of each month, from February 1 until July 1, 2012.
Winner Selection, Notification and Acceptance: During each of the six drawings, one winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Prize winners will be notified by e-mail, phone or mail.
