Each day of the Promotion Period the Fresh Intentions will post a new daily challenge encouraging users to “show how you have completed the Challenge” by posting a picture of the completed Challenge to receive one entry. A new Daily Challenge is available each day on the Fresh Intentions Instagram page.
Official Rules: US, 18+. January 2, 2023 – January 31, 2023 at 11:59 pm ET
Entry Limit: one entry per person per day regardless of entry method.
There will be thirty Daily Drawings, Four Weekly Drawings (January 9, 16, 23, February 1 and 9) and one final Grand Prize Drawing on February 9.
All entries received in any given Weekly Drawing Period will be eligible for that week’s drawing. All entries received during the overall Promotion Period will be eligible for the final Grand Prize Drawing.
There are Four Ways to Enter
Social Media: Take an original photograph which shows your completed Challenge of the day and post it on your Instagram or Twitter page, using the hashtag #FreshIntentions.
Mail: Take the photograph as described above and on the back of it print your first/last name and your email address. Mail the photograph in a No. 10 (business size) envelope addressed to:

Mailed entries must be postmarked by January 31, 2023 and received no later than February 6, 2023. Limit of one entry per envelope.
