1 cup caramel corn, plus more for topping
1-pint vanilla ice cream
½ cup milk
Pinch of salt
Caramel sauce, for drizzling
Preparation tip: Pulse the caramel corn in a blender until finely ground, then add the ice cream, milk, and salt. Blend on high speed until smooth, divide between two tall glasses, and top with extra caramel corn and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
