Random Drawing: each Monday throughout the time period, Monday Oct 19th, 26th, Nov 2nd and 9th 2015. The Sponsor will make two attempts to notify the potential winner via telephone/e-mail. Telephone calls will be made after 9:00 am ET but no later than 6:00 pm ET. Potential winners must acknowledge receipt of such notification by return phone call or e-mail within five (5) days of notification in order to be eligible to receive the Prize.
