I looked a the rules and found this regarding the instant win game:
The Instant Win Game consists of three (3) game periods (each a “Game Period”) and the beginning and end dates correspond with Weekly Entry Periods 3, 7, and 10 in the chart above. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
You can check the dates that correspond with those entry periods.
