Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States & the District of Columbia (except NJ, VA and MD), who are 18 or older.

Entry Dates: Begins 04/1/10 and ends on 06/30/10.

How to enter:

1) USE YOUR EXXONMOBIL PERSONAL CARD (OR SPEEDPASS™ TIED TO THE CARD): Each time you use your credit card for a purchase during the period 04/1/10 – 06/30/10, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes for the week your transaction was made.

2) APPLY FOR AN EXXONMOBIL PERSONAL CARD: Complete and submit an application for an ExxonMobil Personal Card via one of the following:

• A) MAIL by obtaining an application (available while supplies last) at participating Exxon and Mobil locations
• B) TELEPHONE by calling 1-866-379-1010, to apply over the phone with ExxonMobil Card Services
• C) ONLINE by visiting www.exxonmobilcard.com and following the on-screen directions. All completed applications (regardless of whether approved or declined) will have an equal chance of winning.
• You will receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes for the week your application is received.
• Maximum one entry per person, regardless of the number of applications submitted.

3) NO PURCHASE OR CARD APPLICATION NECESSARY: To enter the sweepstakes, handprint on a plain piece of 3″ x 5″ paper your complete name and mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) and date of birth. Each submission received will equal four (4) entries. You may enter more than once during the sweepstakes; however, there is a limit of one (1) submission per outer mailing envelope.
