it won’t let you register until you agree to receive email promotions from them. If you say no, it will tell you your account is fraudulent. Go figure.

Same here, and I did go through my email and redeem it. I think it was a ten dollar code and the prize I picked was later not available. I then never received my second choice. Hopefully they honor the winnings this time around.
