Gently scratch your Game Piece where indicated to see if it reveals a message indicating that you have won a prize. Each winning Game Piece will also have a unique redemption code and instructions on how to claim your prize. If your Game Piece does not contain a prize message, you are not a winner.

Any Grand, First, Second, Third, Fourth or Fifth Prize that is not claimed by 11:59 p.m. ET on November 21, 2015 will be awarded in a second chance drawing. DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR WINNING GAME PIECE. If you are a Grand or First Prize winner: Sponsor will send you a winner’s verification package within approximately 2-4 weeks after you submit your prize claim online.Except where prohibited by law, you will be required to complete the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release contained in your verification package. The Affidavit requires a valid taxpayer identification ID or Social Security Number for the purposes of tax reporting, if applicable.
