Winner Selection. There are two categories of prizes for the Promotion:
Bi-Weekly Prizes: On every other Monday during the Promotion Period, Bi-Weekly Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries. The date of each Bi-Weekly drawing and the number of winners selected on that date are listed below:
On April 1, 2013 fifteen (15) winners will be selected
On April 15, 2013 fifteen (15) winners will be selected
On April 29, 2013 fifteen (15) winners will be selected
On May 13, 2013 fifteen (15) winners will be selected
On May 27, 2013 fifteen (15) winners will be selected
On June 10, 2013 fifteen (15) winners will be selected
On June 17, 2013 ten (10) winners will be selected
There will be a total of one hundred (100) Bi-Weekly Winners, and each Bi-Weekly winner will receive one $50 Visa gift card that can be used towards their wish.
Grand Prize: At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, one Grand Prize Winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a cash prize of ten thousand dollars (ARV: $10,000).
The Grand Prize Winner will be determined on or about June 17, 2013.

I find this odd as it states nothing in the rules about entries being approved or denied.
I think that means they have to approve your wish before it can be put on their site. Just to weed out anything that might be in bad taste that someone wishes for.

I just got an email that I won one of the smaller visas if I print out and return a form. Its September. Is it possible it could have taken this long or is it a scam. It kinda looks legit?
I’m thinking I’m not going to sell my soc sec number for a $50 visa as the form requests. No one has ever asked for that before.
