You must submit a photograph for purposes of confirming identity and for publication in the event that you win a Prize. Submission of the Photo will not affect whether or not you will win the Prize. A written statement of no more than approximately three hundred (300) words describing why you deserve to win $10,000.

I would like to win because of art. I need more money to buy more art supplies and maybe become a famous artist but most likely a cartoonist giving kids the funny cartoons they love to watch with their parents.
