Mail-in Entry (without joining The Club): hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to:

One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for four to Clearwater, FL. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for four from a major airport near winner’s home where Southwest Airlines flies to Clearwater, FL; four nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quad occupancy); and a $250 gift card that can be used for ground transportation. Southwest Airlines does not fly in Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska. Winner and travel companions will be responsible for travel to an airport where Southwest Airlines flies. ARV: $4,500
