This would be a good jump start for my husband.. I need it too as I have been on a no carb diet for a week now but my husband husbamd haven’t join in with me yet
This would be so great for my husband and I. We both have been under a great deal of stress with our jobs and we both need to take better care of our self and exercise more often.
I would love to win this to help me learn how to cook for myself that geared to helping me learn to plan and cook meals. I am a heart patient that is also type 2 diabetic and recurring MAC lung infection. Learning to design meals for one person that help support my medical issues would help me be more proactive in treating my health condition along with doctors.
My husband is a surgeon at Cedar’s Sinai and is alway’s under extreme stress. He work’s about 13 hours a .day. He hardly ever takes a vacation and usually sees patient’s on the weekends that are in the hospital. I also suffer from the constant stress and anxiety by living with him. We need some time together and would love to experience a healthy trip away.
