Eligibility: Offered only to legal United States residents in the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older.

Entry Dates: Commences on November 4, 2010 and ends on December 23, 2010 at 11:59:59 PM ET for all Weekly Drawings. For the Grand Prize Drawing, the Sweepstakes commences on November 4, 2010 at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends on December 1, 2010 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

Prizes:

(1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) (the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest to the 2011 Rose Parade® in Pasadena, California on Saturday, January 1, 2011. The Grand Prize Winner and Guest will receive a four (4) day trip to Los Angeles, California leaving on December 30, 2010 and returning on January 2, 2011. The Grand Prize Trip will include: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from the gateway airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home to Los Angeles, California; four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, round-trip sedan transfers between the airport, hotel and to the Rose Parade® route, two tickets to attend the annual 2011 Rose Parade® in Pasadena, California on January 1, 2011 and a $200 stipend for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest for all meals during the Trip. The Grand Prize Winner and Guest must be able to travel to Los Angeles, California area on December 30, 2010, return on January 2, 2011, be prepared to stay in Los Angeles, California for four (4) days, and be able to attend the 2011 Rose Parade®.
