One (1) Grand Prize: a Fourth of July celebration (including a fireworks display) in the winner’s town valued at approximately $50,000. The Sponsor will work with the winning town to determine a suitable location in or near the winner’s town where the fireworks display can be held. If it is determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that there is no suitable location for the fireworks display in or near winner’s town, or the winning town does not otherwise qualify for the fireworks display, the Sponsor may elect, at its sole discretion, to award the prize to the next-highest scoring Entry.
