Hi Sweetie – what might be wrong that it won’t accept my birthday? I tried yesterday and today.
I just signed my husband up and I didn’t see a place for birthdate
I need to register, and it says to enter your birthdate to get started. When I type it in and hit enter there is a flash and it erases my birthdate, as though it didn’t accept it. It never progresses to the next screen.
