The winning Participant must take delivery of the Grand Prize from a dealership designated by Sponsors, which shall be specified in the Prize Notification, and Sponsor will not be responsible for delays in delivery of the Grand Prize, and delivery is subject to availability. Sponsors, however, will use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to make the Grand Prize available for the winning Participant to pick up within one hundred twenty (120) days of completion of the verification process.
