Eligibility: US, DC, (excluding Alaska, Hawaii), 3 and older. You may enter on behalf of an elementary or middle school. WINNERS MUST DESIGNATE AN ELEMENTARY OR MIDDLE SCHOOL; PRE-SCHOOLS MUST BE PART OF AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN ORDER TO WIN. HIGH SCHOOLS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE PRIZE.

Entry Dates: August 10, 2015 and ends on November 30, 2015

With Purchase Entry: Look inside specially-marked packages of DANNON® Danimals® promotional products including these five (5) package types: 6-packs of Danimals® Smoothies; 12-packs of Danimals® Smoothies; 18-packs of Danimals® Smoothies; 36-packs of Danimals® Smoothies; and 4-packs of Danimals® Squeezables while supplies last. If your package contains a golden bottle or golden pouch (depending on Package Type), you may win one (1) of the six (6) School Prizes for your Designated School subject to verification and validation of the game piece, your eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If your package does not contain a golden bottle or golden pouch, then you are not a winner.

Enter as often as you wish, but each Second Chance entry must be mailed in a separate, first-class stamped envelope and received by December 15, 2015 to be eligible. No mechanical reproductions or mailing labels permitted. If required, the Second Chance Drawing will be held on or about December 16, 2015

To redeem a prize, hand print the following information on an 8-1/2″ x 11″ piece of plain white paper: Your complete name and address (no P.O. Claims must be received by 12/15/15. For your protection, it is suggested that you send your prize claim via certified mail, return receipt requested, in a padded envelope (recommended, but not required) and keep a photocopy for your records.

Entry Limit: unlimited

Six (6) Grand Prizes: a “Field Day” for the entire school consisting of: a 2-3 hour field day (depending on the size of the school) with one (1) NFL player (in Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to availability). Additional prize details in connection with the Field Day may be provided to Designated School at the time of notification. In addition to the field day prize, Dannon will provide a $5,000 grant to each of the 6 winning schools – grant monies to be applied to the schools’ long term sustainable health and wellness programs. NDC’s local dairy councils will assist in contacting the winning schools and will provide counsel to the schools on the use of the $5,000 grant as needed. ARV: $40,000
