You will need to answer a qualifying question in 1,000 characters or less (approximately 250 words) regarding “How do you make your family and friends feel welcome in your home for the holidays?” Your answer to this question will not affect nor have any bearing on chances of winning the sweepstakes and will be used purely for informational purposes by Sponsor. However, while the your answer will have no bearing on the random drawing, the answer given must be relevant to the question since Sponsor strives to understand the thoughts and ideas of consumers for the purpose of providing the best products and services possible.

Mail-in Entry: submit the following information: Country Door Holiday Décor Sweepstakes, your first and last name, date of birth, home address, city, state, zip code, day and evening telephone numbers, email address (if Entrant has one), answer to a qualifying question in 1,000 characters or less (approximately 250 words) regarding How do you make your family and friends feel welcome in your home for the holidays? and the words I agree to the Official Rules. Then mail the completed information in a stamped #10 business envelope to:

Entry Limit: one entry per household

One (1) Grand Prize: A visit from Country Door’s design team and holiday décor merchandise. Grand Prize winner to agree to meet with Country Door’s design team and/or representatives for a first visit to Grand Prize winner’s primary residence between October 1-October 15, 2015 and that Grand Prize Winner grants approval for Country Door to schedule and complete the Holiday Décor makeover in November, 2015, ideally the week of November 16, 2015 at a time acceptable to Sponsor. Grand Prize winner also will grant and allow Country Door’s design team and/or representative(s) to: 1) request and then receive current photos/videos (either via electronic jpgs, photo prints and/or .mpeg or .mov movie files) of the Grand Prize winner’s primary residence supplied by the winner within 7 working days of formal notification 2) interview and/or meet in person with Grand Prize winner 3) enter the Grand Prize winner’s primary residence to better understand current home décor tastes and take any necessary measurements, specs and/or additional photos/videos and 4) recommend/provide home décor merchandise and accessories from Country Door that fulfill the Grand Prize criteria 5) At Sponsor’s discretion, if any painting or cleaning is needed, this cost will be part of the prize package value and the Sponsor will use licensed and bonded contractors 6) If the residence is a rental property, permission from the landlord or titled owner will be needed beforehand to do anything cosmetic (e.g. painting) to the residence.
