when i log into my account it brings me to my billing info. i can’t find a link anywhere. does anyone know where it is?
When I logged in there was a small red “ENTER” button in the upper right hand corner.
i always have a problem trying to enter a comcast sweeps, i can never find where to enter. i followed the directions and i still can’t find the enter button in the right hand corner. again, it just brings me to my bill. i’m going through firefox, i wonder if that is the problem.
i guess entering through firefox is the problem, i just went through chrome. it still brought me to my billing info., but the enter button was right where you said it was. thank you. i don’t know why it isn’t there when going through firefox. oh well.
I had the same problem trying to find the page to actually enter the contest. It keep taking me to the page with my account info. I then tried using Opera and finally the “enter” button showed up. I saw a page in Opera that never popped up in Firefox. Crazy.
The option to mail in an entry is a bit confusing. The post office will not accept a 3×5 size card. The minimum size is 3.5 x 5. It is unclear if Comcast wants you to put the 3 x 5 card in an envelope first. They need to make it clear since these contests will quickly disqualify you when you don’t follow the rules EXACTLY.
Pat, a 3″ x 5″ card goes inside of an envelope. It should not be sent as a postcard as you are correct, it is too small.
Thanks Sweetie. I’m surprised then that they don’t have a maximum size for the envelope to deter people from sending really big envelopes. Maybe postage is so high now, people don’t do that much any longer.
Just an FYI if someone is having a hard time entering, I use Chrome and the ENTER button appeared right away.
I use Chrome too, and the first time I logged in I saw the entry button, but silly me thought I would pay my bill first, and now every time I login there’s no entry button! Hey I gave you money, let me enter! 🙂
