Why after entering the code for after Dec 17th , oh, at least a dozen times or so, I get the following: ” Sorry, you are not eligible to take part in this promotion. See Official Rules. Did not receive the indication that I had reached 30 entries. I was cut off and no further entries allowed for 24 hours?

Just wondering when it says no PO box for the address. I have a street address but also a PO box is it better to leave the PO box off the entry altogether? Or is it ok to put it in line two of the addresses?
