Just tell us in 500 characters or less how you pass on your cooking traditions with Nestlé during Hispanic Heritage Month. You could win $5,000 or one of 500 other prizes

Eligibility: open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous states & DC, 18 years or older

Entry Dates: begins September 15, 2010 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on October 15, 2010.

How to Enter: Visit www.cocinandocon-nestle.com/Public/Heritage-Sweepstakes.aspx and submit in 500 characters or less, your story explaining how you are passing on your cooking traditions with Nestle during Hispanic Heritage month. If you used any of the following Nestlé brands: Abuelita, La Lechera, Maggi, Clasico or Media Crema, in preparing your traditional dish, please include them in your Story. It is not mandatory to include Nestle items in your Story.

Sweeties Note: The story is required but will not be judged because the winners will be picked from a random drawing. If you are already registered with any Nestle website you can just log in to begin.

Prizes:

One Grand prize: $5,000 in the form of a check and have the opportunity to appear on National Television on the Univision Network during Despierta America via a pre-recorded remote between 11/1/2010-1/31/2011. The appearance on the Univision Network during Despierta America will entail a camera crew coming to the winner’s home in order to videotape a segment to talk about how they passed on their personal tradition and/or their plans on how they will spend the $5,000 grand prize

500 First Prizes: will each receive one ceramic Hispanic Heritage trivet (ARV $10.00)
