I give up on this one. I have yet to find the method of requesting a free code online. The directions in the official rules do not help since there is no link at this web site they say to use.
It says you can request a code again from October 31, 2016 at 12:00 a.m. ET to November 8, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
