For 7/12 this looks like a match: http://www.aerialaspectphoto.com/shop/media.details.php?mediaID=MTgyMDI0OTE4YTljMQ== (BTW, Charles T., I didn’t see for yesterday’s photo that you had already posted a match when I put one up.)
Sometimes you have to refresh the page to see the newer posts. That has happened to me on this page as well.
Thanks for the tip…this one AND all the ones about the road trip pix 🙂
07/12 Hint!
Military Housing Base?
Any clue for 07/13?
I can’t find a single hint for 07/13 does anyone know?
Oh, he gave a clue away in the 07/13 picture because if you zoom in between the two pairs of jeans and rotate it, you can see the words “Willis Tower” in white on the building directory. Here are two matching images to verify the location: http://www.mail4rosey.com/2013/06/wordless-wednesday-chicago.html and (scroll down to the 3rd image on page) http://dujourmeanstheworld.tumblr.com/
My previous comment is still “waiting moderation”.
And here’s another visual clue for the 07/13 picture: http://www.mail4rosey.com/2013/06/wordless-wednesday-chicago.html
Nope! lol…
oops..spoke too soon . Hint—Willis or Sears
Hmm, my “awaiting moderator” post disappeared. Let’s try this again any way: If you zoom in on the 07/13 picture between the pair of jeans in the foreground and rotate it, you will see the words “Willis Tower” in white on the building directory. Here is a matching picture to verify the location (3rd image down the page): http://dujourmeanstheworld.tumblr.com/
Does anyone have a visual image for 07-13??
Thank You Charles.
You guys have been very helpful, appreciate it very much.
For 07/14 this seems to match the sculpture and the background: http://www.flickr.com/photos/cseeman/3688110367/
Good catch, Traveler12b. I bet when folk first see that steel sculpture without knowing the story behind it, they probably think it is one of those World Trade Center memorial structures. That’s the first impression I had of the 07/14 picture anyway.
Thanks, Charles! Since the last couple of photos had been in Chicago, I looked there first and sure enough, the artist has a very similar piece in a public park but of course the background didn’t match. Daniel Terdiman is keeping all of us on our toes!
For 07/14, here’s a very solid clue.

Good Luck Everyone!
For 07/15, this seems to match http://www.shutterpoint.com/Photos-ViewPhoto.cfm?id=746991 however, I hope to find another source to confirm the answer.
To be more precise, the 07/15 picture matches this building on the corporate grounds: http://www.flickr.com/photos/39274300@N06/3740074916/in/photostream/ . (I used Google Earth to zoom down to street-level and I read the sign in front of it)
Thanks, Charles, for providing the missing piece and for the tip about Google’s street view. We have to use every resource available!
This is the only clue I could find, it seems like the right one but I’m not convinced either.
Looks like we have the right answer, Thanks Guys.
It is the Regent Court building at 16800 Executive Plaza Dr in Dearborn, U.S.A..
This building is owned by Ford Motor Company, and is home to the customer relations center.
For 07/16 here’s a photo from Flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/sjb4photos/2708327060/ You can confirm the location with Google street view (thank you, Charles!)
Another good visual clue for 07/16.

Thank You, Good luck
Yes, nice find.

Google’s image search found a match for today, 7/17: http://www.supermansupersite.com/hallofheroes.html
That garage door is probably the entrance to the Bat Cave 🙂
Here’s another clue

For 07/18 it looks like a church…
For 7/18, here’s a front view. Still looking to confirm with a back view. http://www.findfreegraphics.com/image-96/golden+dome.htm
Here’s another good clue.

Hey thanks for posting that link. I have no idea what this is all about but I’m glad you found my photo useful!
For 7/19 Google image search found these matches along with many more: http://www.blogforiowa.com/category/big-government/ (scroll down)

Any clues for 07/19??
Here is a good match to the 07/19 image (see th 5th picture down the page): http://ceruleanskystudios.tumblr.com/page/2
Hi Charles, earlier today I posted a couple of links that agree with what you found but their status has changed from “awaiting moderator” to “disappeared” much as you experienced with a post on July 13. What puzzles me is that this is in Iowa which is outside of the 7-state area that author Daniel Terdiman said he would be visiting.
Yeah, I think to avoid the “awaiting moderator” problem, we should only post one link at a time because that seemed to solve the problem for me. I was puzzled too about the change in location but, hey, it’s his contest and he can change the rules anytime he wants I guess. It’s all fun either way 🙂
Good advice about one link at a time. And you’re right, this is fun!
Thank You 🙂
This is what the author had to say…
“although Iowa was not on my original list of states that I planned on visiting during Road Trip 2013, I have spent time there during the project so far. The same may be true of other states before the trip is over. Thanks to all who played, and to everyone, please come back for tomorrow’s challenge”
As you can tell, he’s slick 🙂
