The winners are coming out in droves – is that a word – this week. The slump is over, well at least for some. I am in a slump myself but I don’t get down because I know tomorrow is a new day and you never know what is waiting around the corner for you.

Hi Wendy!

I just wanted to say how happy I am that I stumbled upon your site a few months back. Your posts and reading about everyone’s wins is very encouraging. I thought I would share my wins from the past month or two with you–almost from local contests!

At the beginning of September I got word that I had won $100 for being a Facebook fan of Barliv barley products. The following week I won 4 tickets to see Chicago the Musical worth $300. A week or two later my name was announced on a local radio station as a winner of a Phillies prize pack. Then at the beginning of October, I won $500 from a local radio station call in contest. Things seemed to be slowing down until this past week I received a call from ABC that I won the “Modern Family Getaway” sweepstakes. It’s a trip for 4 to Aruba worth over $3500!! It was only open in 6 states and had one grand prize winner. I’m still totally shocked that I won but my friends and I are excited beyond belief. I’m off to the post office right now to mail back the signed affidavits and can’t wait to start planning the trip!

Last Thursday, at 5:00PM ET, I won the Hostess ‘Monsters and Aliens’ IWG (Nintendo wii and Monsters vs. Aliens video game). I have not received anything yet, but it was so exciting. I have e-mailed you previously regarding other winnings. It is nice to know that you do not always have to play at 6:00AM to win. Please see the attached winning message.

P.S. Although I have won in the past, I will verify that it has been a couple of months since I won anything and I do enter about 60 sweeps every day. Thank you for your encouragement to keep on playing!!!

I few weeks back I was up in the middle of the night could not sleep and there I was entering a few sweepstakes when I entered into the HostessCakes.com and after matching up all the cards the screen read I had won the Wii console and the Monsters vs Alien game well this evening when I came home there it was. I am so excited well really my kids are its for them they are in college and they are looking forward to me dropping it off.
