I won the $50 GC a week ago….but had to contact customer service to figure out how to redeem it….seems you have to go onto their site and buy a $10 GC, and only then will your $50 GC be active….and it can only be used on full-priced items, not sale items. I realize it is still free $$….but they really should explain it better in the email they send to you.
