Limit one entry per stamped outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 10/31/12 and received by 11/7/12. Mail-in entries must be handwritten. No mechanical reproductions of 3″ x 5″ card will be permitted.

Entry Limit: one entry per person, per valid e-mail address/Facebook user ID/envelope, per day regardless of method of entry. A “day” is defined as the twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET each calendar day during the Promotion Period. Each person may use only one (1) e-mail address to participate, and such e-mail address may be used by only one (1) person regardless of whether the e-mail address is shared by two or more people.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip to Las Vegas, Nevada, for winner and up to three (3) guests. Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation for four (4) from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to Las Vegas, NV (if winner resides within 200 miles of Las Vegas, NV, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no cash difference will be awarded); three (3) nights hotel accommodations; round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel and $5,000 awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. ARV: Up to $10,600. Trip must be taken between 12/20/12 and 12/23/12. If winner is unable to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, the travel portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be awarded.
