Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia 18 years of age or older.

Entry Dates: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Pacific Time on January 4, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. PT on March 1, 2010.

How to enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period: 1) Automatic entry; and 2) U.S. mail.

(1) Automatic Entry:

Daily Drawings: An eligible Visa cardholder will automatically receive one (1) entry into a Daily Drawing for each purchase made on his/her Visa card at a participating BURGER KING® restaurant during the Promotion Period. Automatic entries must be received between 12:00:01 A.M. PT and 11:59:59 P.M. PT during store hours each day in order to be eligible for that day’s Daily Drawing.

Dash & Dine Drawings: An eligible Visa cardholder will automatically receive one (1) entry into a Dash & Dine Drawing for each purchase made on his/her Visa card at a participating BURGER KING® restaurant each Tuesday and Thursday, from 3:00-5:00 P.M. (in the time zone of the participating BURGER KING® restaurant) during the Promotion Period. Automatic entries must be received between 3:00 PM-5:00 P.M. in the time zone of the participating BURGER KING® restaurant) on each Tuesday & Thursday during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible for the respective Dash & Dine drawings.

Please note: Due to multiple time zones existing in the following states, participants making purchases in FL, ID, IN, KS, KY, NE, ND, OR, SD, TN or TX will receive one (1) Dash & Dine entry for each purchase made on their Visa card at a participating BURGER KING® restaurant starting at 2:00 P.M. (in the time zone of the participating BURGER KING® restaurant) in order to be eligible for that Dash & Dine random drawing.

(2) To enter without purchase or obligation by U.S. mail:

You may enter the Sweepstakes without purchase via U.S. mail by hand-printing your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code) on a 3″ X 5″ card and mailing it in a #10 envelope with proper postage affixed, to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of a day and received within seven (7) days in order to be eligible for that respective Daily Drawing based on the postmarked date (unless such day is a Sunday or a postal holiday, in which case, the entry must be postmarked on the following day).

Entry Limit:

For Automatic Entries, a Visa cardholder will receive one (1) entry into a Daily Drawing for each purchase made on his/her Visa card.

For Mail In entries, enter as often as you wish; however, each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate, postmarked, stamped envelope.

Prizes:

Daily Prizes: (2,850) Daily Prizes (50 per day):

Winner will receive the amount of his/her winning BURGER KING® purchase up to $25 as a Visa statement credit on the Visa card used to make the winning purchase. If winner is a mail-in entrant, prize will be awarded in the form of a $25 check delivered to winner’s residence via U.S. mail. Approx. Retail Value: $25 each.

Dash & Dine Prizes: (32) Dash & Dine Prizes, (4) prizes will be awarded each week (two [2] prizes per Dash & Dine Drawing) for eight (8) weeks:

• $500 to be awarded in the form of a check. ARV: $500 each.

Prize Limit: Limit one (1) Dash & Dine prize per person or household.

Drawing Date: Fifty (50) Daily Prize winners will be selected for each day in a random drawing on or about fourteen (14) days after the respective day, from among all eligible automatic and mail-in entries received combined. Two (2) Dash & Dine drawings will be conducted each week. Two (2) Potential Dash & Dine winners will be selected in each Dash & Dine random drawing on or about fourteen (14) days after the end of each Tuesday and Thursday during the Promotion Period from among all eligible automatic and mail-in entries received combined.

In addition, there will be two (2) random drawings conducted each week for eight (8) weeks during the Promotion Period to award prizes from among all eligible entries received on each Tuesday and Thursday, during the hours of 3:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M.
