Mail: Send a completed Official Entry Form or on a 3” x 5” plain piece of paper write your name, address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, e-mail address (not a requirement for entry) and daytime phone number (including parental signature if under the age of majority in his/her state/territory/province of residence), and place in a stamped, addressed envelope, affixing sufficient postage, to:

Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate outer envelope with sufficient postage affixed. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 24, 2018 and received by December 31, 2018.

Prize winners will be selected on a per participating Build-A-Bear Workshop store basis in a random drawing on or about January 4, 2019 from among all eligible entries received by the relevant store. Mail-in entries will be randomly assigned to store entry pools in the entrant’s country of residence for purposes of winner selection.
